Oregano can be used to support the respiratory and immune systems and goes well with thyme, lavender and rosemary.

Oregano should not be used for aromatherapy massage because it contains a strong phenol that irritates the skin. Do not use during pregnancy and for children under 18 years of age. Do not use in the bath or apply directly to the skin.
