Delivery

We deliver orders in the way you choose:

In Lithuania:

We ship to Omniva post machines in Lithuania (delivery time is 1-3 days after the order is sent);

We deliver to your door with Venipak courier (delivery time 1-3 days after sending the order);

Abroad:

We send by Lithuanian Post registered priority mail. The delivery term depends on the destination country and the terms applied by Lithuanian Post;

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot deliver the shipment by the above deadline, we will inform you about the later delivery deadline.

Notification of delivery

When the order is sent or transferred to the courier, you will receive a corresponding notification by e-mail.

When the parcel is in the post office of your choice, you will receive an SMS message containing the information needed to pick up the parcel.

If you received an e-mail from us message that your package has been sent, but you do not receive an SMS notification about the delivery of the package or the package itself for more than 5 days, write us an e-mail by mail info@kosmetologinesinovacijos.lt with your order no. and we will definitely help you find your shipment.

It is important to know that if you placed your order on Friday, you will not receive your package until Monday or Tuesday, as delivery services are closed on weekends (unless you have selected Saturday delivery).

Withdrawal

After ordering delivery to a postal machine or Lithuanian Post Parcel, you must pick up the parcel from the postal machine or post office within the deadline set by the parcel or postal service.

In case of inclement weather, we encourage you to collect your parcels from the post machines as soon as possible to avoid damage to the product packaging.

If you order delivery by courier to your door, you should be at home and receive the package at the time of delivery.

When collecting the package from the courier or post office, inspect the condition of the package. If you notice any damage to the package (damaged, torn or wet packaging, etc.), ask that the fact and signs of damage to the package be noted in the package collection documents.

If the parcel is delivered to a post machine, check the assortment, quantity and condition of the received goods immediately after picking up the parcel. If the shipment or product is damaged or does not correspond to the order, immediately, but no later than the next working day, notify us by e-mail. email info@kosmetologinesinovacijos.lt and we will help you resolve the discrepancies.
