General rules
- General provisions
1.1 These rules for buying and selling in the online store kosmetologysinovacijos.lt, hereinafter referred to as the rules, determine the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the buyer - the person acquiring goods or services, and the seller, UAB Emblika, when purchasing goods in the online store.
1.2 By placing an order for goods, the buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with these rules, understands them and undertakes to comply with them.
1.3 The seller reserves the right to supplement or change these rules without prior notice. The buyer-seller relationship is governed by the rules in effect at the time the order was placed.
- Conclusion of the contract
2.1 The purchase-sale agreement between the buyer and the seller is considered to have been concluded from the moment when the confirmation of the acceptance of the order is sent to the e-mail address specified by the buyer. Upon conclusion of the sales contract, these rules become an integral part of the sales contract.
2.2 All contracts concluded with buyers are stored in the electronic store kosmetologysinovacijos.lt
2.3 The basket of goods and services specified in the buyer's order, their quantity, price and other conditions become a mandatory and inseparable part of the contract after the confirmation of order acceptance is sent to the buyer's e-mail address specified by him.
- Price of goods
3.1 The seller has the right to change the prices of goods sold in the online store at any time.
3.2 Prices in the online store are indicated with VAT.
3.3 The cost of goods delivery is not included in the price of the goods, they are calculated at the time of ordering and added to the final price of the order.
3.4 The price of the product, which the Buyer undertakes to pay to the seller, is the price indicated in the buyer's shopping cart at the time of placing the order.
- Product guarantees
4.1 Each email the details of the product sold in the store are generally indicated in the product description attached to each product.
4.2 The seller is not responsible for the fact that e-mail the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the store may not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the buyer.
4.3 Each email the product sold in the store has a certain expiration date, the specific term of which is indicated on the product packaging, gift certificate, etc.
4.4 If at the time of delivery of the goods to the buyer the expiry date of the goods has expired, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods or refund the money paid for the expired goods.
- Responsibility
5.1 The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the order and assumes responsibility for all consequences arising from the inaccuracy of the information provided by him.
5.2 Civil liability for losses (damage) applies to the seller only in cases where they are caused by the intention or gross negligence of the seller or his employees.
5.3 The amount of damages that the Seller must compensate is limited to the price of the item(s) ordered by the Buyer.
5.4 The seller does not compensate for indirect losses (lost income, etc.).
5.5 The seller is not responsible for malfunctions of the electronic store, caused by failures in third-party systems, communication networks, stations, or disruptions in the provision of third-party services used by electronic stores.
- Protection of intellectual property
6.1 The names of goods or companies indicated in the electronic store may be trademarks and in such case the intellectual property is protected in accordance with the procedure established by legislation.
6.2 The content of the electronic store website is the property of UAB Emblika, protected by law. Copying or using the website or part of it is prohibited without written consent.
- Final Provisions
7.1 The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to the relationship between the buyer and the seller, which arose when purchasing goods in the electronic store.
7.2 All disagreements that arise between the buyer and the seller are resolved through negotiations, and if they are not resolved, in court in Vilnius.
7.3 All issues not discussed in these rules are resolved in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
